Shipping Policy
Shop Tools ships orders Monday to Friday from Carseldine, QLD 4034.
Most in-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days using standard shipping with the most suitable courier for
your order. Courier selection is based on size, weight, and destination to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
Many of our products are 3D printed to order, including custom and made-to-order items. These items may require additional
production time before dispatch. Estimated production and dispatch timeframes will be displayed on the product page or confirmed with you
after ordering.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin once your order has been dispatched. Actual delivery times may vary
depending on your location and the courier’s network.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email so you can follow your delivery.
Please note that courier delays can occur due to factors outside our control, including peak periods, weather events, or
regional delivery constraints. While we’ll always help where we can, Shop Tools can’t guarantee delivery dates once an order has been handed
over to the courier.
International customers are welcome. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes vary by destination, so please contact us
before placing your order and we’ll provide a shipping quote and estimated delivery timeframe.
