At Shop Tools, we stand behind what we make and sell. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive your item for eligible returns.

To request a return, please contact us via the details on our website with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Made-to-Order & Custom Items

Many Shop Tools products are 3D printed to order, and some items may be custom-designed.

Because of this:

If you’re unsure whether a product is custom or made to order, please get in touch before purchasing.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is:

Contact us within a reasonable timeframe and we’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate. Where applicable, return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by Shop Tools.

Change of Mind Returns

For eligible non-custom, non-made-to-order items:

A restocking fee may apply where items are returned without fault.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

International Orders

For international orders, return shipping costs and duties are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
